I have watched a lot of Tommy MacDonald’s stuff and enjoy it. I knew that he was going to have to tone down his surfer boy schtick just a bit for it to succeed on TV. Based on the trailer it looks that he did just that. It is still him but toned down a bit. I hope WTTW or WYCC in Chicago carries it from the beginning. Be sure to contact your local PBS affiliate and ask for the show.

Tommy called about a month ago and said we should all write our local PBS stations too. WTTW (as I live in Chicago also) said we should contact createtv.com because the local stations don’t have complete control over what they air.
